These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://aarnphm.xyz
(the “Service”), operated by Aaron (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or
using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Services Provided
The Service offers nothing, but showcasing our work, interests, and research. Users can use/read/discuss any of the topics that is currently displayed/hosted on the Service. The reason for ToS of the Service is because of Substack subscription (if the user enjoys our writing and want to support, best way is via coffee 😃).
Payment Processing
In the case the user want to provide support, all payments made through the Service are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), a third-party payment processor. By using the Service for payments, you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for any transaction fees, if applicable (but do let us know and we can figure out a way to reimburse).
Refunds: follows usual Substack/Stripe policies here.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Engaging in illegal or fraudulent behavior.
- Harassing, threatening, or harming others.
- Uploading or sharing defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
In other word, just behave, and be nice!
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.
Intellectual Property
You can use all content on the Service, including text, graphics, and software, but would be greatly appreciate if you can reference the source. We will try our best to always credit and reference third-party sources.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms and will notify you by posting the changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
